The experience with the car and salesperson Kevin Goodwin was perfect. I travelled down from North Yorkshire by train and arrived on site not knowing what Kevin looked like since the communication was email/phone. When walking into the showroom, I was clearly lost and no member of staff offered 'Can I help you?' All seemed to carry on with their heads into computers when a potential customer was waiting around. Disappointed with this aspect and attention to customer service is clearly needed. I eventually walked around and had to ask for Kevin.
Kevin Goodwin made the process very simply and quick which is exactly what I wanted since I had a very long drive home. Customer service is so very important and yet Kevin seemed to be the only person that had this in mind.
My experience at Hendy SEAT CUPRA Brighton could have been better because I would have expected a full set of car mats when I spend £18,000 and not have the passenger side mat missing. Also a damaged alloy wheel upon delivery of vehicle which they just keep fobbing me off and not getting sorted.
I was pleased with Hendy SEAT CUPRA Brighton and would recommend them because they are very reasonable, polite, helpful.
Hendy SEAT CUPRA Brighton were great because both manager Aaron and salesman Aaron were helpful. Salesman Aaron took the time to go through two different cars so we could make an informed decision on which one to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for Aaron and he helped us to make the right choice for us.
